Federation-first international rights partnership, structured around three pillars: international merchandise (jerseys and hats, full-dye sublimated, distributed worldwide), international broadcast and streaming, and episodic content (player and team spotlights, season-long editorial).

Domestic rights — Uganda, your country — stay entirely with you. We never sell into the home market, and we never license federation marks back to a domestic distributor without federation consent.

• Royalties on every category of international revenue — merchandise, broadcast, and content — at rates agreed federation by federation.
• Minimum Annual Guarantee on top, paid to the federation regardless of category mix.
• Approval rights on every kit design, every broadcast, every story.
• All payments route to a federation-controlled account — never to any officer personally. Anti-corruption clause is mutual and binding.
• Performance minimums — guaranteed livestreams, episodic content, and apparel collections every year, scaling up annually.
• Players keep their NIL. We do not capture, license, or restrict any individual player's name, image, or likeness.

• Operate a sanctioned national league with multiple clubs.
• Hold their own commercial and broadcast rights (or are the rights-holder for their member clubs).
