Qualification follows the Uganda Baseball and Softball Association's official regular-season table, published 5 October 2026: the top four in the Central League, the top two in the Northern League, and a Northern wild card awarded by the federation. Seeding, pairings, the bye and the format shown here are a HELIOS projection only and are not official. The federation remains the sole authority on the championship draw and schedule.
